The internet provides a very safe and secure way to shop, because you have not been able to see the items you have purchased from us you have 7 days from your delivery date to notify us in writing that you
wish to return the items to us. We are happy to take items back and will refund the full amount less the delivery and collection fees within 30 days of your collection.
All items are carefully checked before they are delivered to you, but should any of the pieces you have ordered arrive damaged
we are happy to amend the problem in one of the following ways:
• We will remake the damaged item and deliver it free of charge.
• If the damage is minor we will offer to have the piece repaired.
• If you wish to return the item, we will arrange a collection and full refund within 30 days.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on Special Orders made to an individual customers requirements.

Should you wish to cancel your order before or once it is ready for delivery we reserve the right to retain an amount of your deposit, to cover any reasonable losses and expenses that we have suffered as a result of the cancellation. We are here to help and ask you to call us on 01254 673733 if you would like to cancel an order.
We appreciate that the delivery of your item is crucial to your satisfaction as a Artis Originals customer . We aim to deliver you item
4-6 weeks from place of order although this can change due to demand, you will be advised of lead times at time of order. Once your item has
been made and your balance payment has been processed we will contact you to arrange a convenient time and date on which to deliver.
Artis Originals offers a ‘Delivery’ and not a ‘Drop Off’ service, we will deliver your item to the room of your choice, and give you the
chance to inspect your new purchase.
Because some of our pieces are quite large we do ask that you check access to the intended room to ensure that the items you have ordered
will have sufficient space to manoeuvre through any corridors and around corners. Unfortunately we will be unable to refund the delivery fee
if we cannot deliver because of access issues.
Although we do our utmost to ensure your goods are delivered at the correct time and on the correct date, occasionally delays do occur and
as such we are unable to guarantee delivery slots, but we will of course deliver as soon as we can should a problem occur.
